The price of the OnePlus 9RT is set at CNY 3,299 (approximately Rs. 38,600) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB for the final storage and CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 40,900) for the 8GB + 256GB model. The phone also comes with a 12GB + 256GB high-priced option at CNY 3,799 (approximately Rs. 44,400). The OnePlus 9RT will go on sale in China from October 19 and will be available for a discount of CNY 100 (approximately Rs. 1,200) on the first day of sale.
The price of the OnePlus Buds Z2, on the other hand, is set at CNY 499 (approximately Rs. 5,800). Earbuds will be available for purchase in China from October 19. Customers purchasing the OnePlus Buds Z2 on its first day of sale will also be able to receive a CNY 100 discount.
Both the OnePlus 9RT and the OnePlus Buds Z2 will be available for pre-orders in China from Wednesday.
Details on India’s launch of the OnePlus 9RT and OnePlus Buds Z2 are yet to be announced. OnePlus at the event asserted that it hoped to reach a target of 10 million worldwide sales by 2021.
OnePlus 9RT specification
The dual-SIM (Nano) OnePlus 9RT runs on Android 11 and Oppo’s ColourOS on top. OnePlus has provided two stereo speakers for the OnePlus 9RT, as well as Dolby Atmos support. The phone packs a 4,500mAh dual battery that supports fast charging of the 65T Warp Charge. Besides, it measures 162.2×74.6×8.29mm and weighs 198.5 grams.

The OnePlus Buds Z2 features 11mm dynamic drivers – slightly larger than the 10mm driver team found in the OnePlus Buds Z. For an enhanced audio experience, the new OnePlus Buds TWS earbuds come with ANC support to reduce noise up to 40dB. There are three ANC microphones as well as voice calls.
OnePlus claims that the Buds Z2’s earbuds are capable of delivering up to 38 hours of battery life with a single charge. There is a 40mAh battery available on limited earbuds to deliver up to 7 hours of play time. The company also provided a 520mAh battery in a charging case that helps improve overall battery life.
OnePlus Buds Z2 TWS earbuds are IP55 certified, even if the charging case has an IPX4 certificate.
Similar to the OnePlus Buds Z and many other earbuds in the same category, the OnePlus Buds Z2 comes with touch controls and features a transparent mode to help users hear background sounds when needed.
The ears of the OnePlus Buds Z2 weigh 33×22.44×21.81mm and weigh 4.5 grams each. The combined charging case weighs 73.15×36.80×29.07mm and weighs 40.5 grams.
