Kalki 2898 AD is the latest and upcoming science fiction thriller starring a plethora of superstars from the Indian film industries. Bankrolled on a whopping budget of Rs 600 Crore, the movie was written and directed by Nag Ashwin. Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Amitabh Bachchan are playing prominent roles in this film funded by Vyjayanthi Movies. Kalki 2898 AD is gearing up for a worldwide release on June 27 in five languages. The second theatrical trailer of the movie is going to be out at 6 PM today (June 21).

Kalki 2898 AD Creates A First-Ever Record In The USA

The mythological science fiction thriller, which has already sold 55,555 tickets and over 2 Million USD in the pre-sales across the USA, has now set another first-of-its-kind record. The movie is the first Indian film to open across a whopping 210 IMAX screens. Prabhas is setting new benchmarks with every film he is signing and only he can break his previous records. In addition, Kalki 2898 AD is also hitting the screens in a 3D version.
